Godwin Agricultural Empowerment NGO is a registered non-profit organization based in Bogije, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria, dedicated to promoting sustainable agricultural practices, food security, and economic empowerment.
Our Story
Our History
Godwin Agricultural Empowerment NGO was founded out of a passion for rural development and a desire to make agriculture a tool for empowerment rather than survival.
Over the years, our founder and dedicated team observed that many farmers struggle due to lack of access to resources, modern farming knowledge, and market connections. To bridge this gap, the NGO was established to:
Educate and train farmers on modern techniques.
Provide support for agribusiness startups.
Promote sustainable farming and organic agriculture.
Develop export-ready agricultural products.
From a small community outreach in Lagos, the organization has grown into a recognized agricultural empowerment initiative, reaching multiple communities with impactful projects in Soursop cultivation, Mushroom farming, Cassava development, and Plantain production.
